A cloudy evening with sprinkles on top

We went out to Smith Point beach again yesterday, after 7 pm. The kids really seem to enjoy these evening trips to the beach. Even the sprinkles of rain that sent some beach goers packing didn’t deter them from playing. I wouldn’t let them bring the boogie board, though, there are no lifeguards on the beach after 5 pm. I noticed that the day parking fee is up to $12. I remember 10 or 12 years ago it was only $2.
